Packed with high-spec Smeg appliances, this kitchen has it all: induction hob, eye-level multi-function oven, built-in fridge, freezer and dishwasher, plus a demi-larder too.

Featuring 2 bedrooms, both proper double-sized, and have their own ensuites.

Both double bedrooms have their own ensuite! One has a bath with shower over, and the other has a shower enclosure. Both feature Villeroy & Boch fittings and a 10" monsoon showerhead.

However big or small each bunnyhome, we like to give it a grand entrance. Featuring artisan-made zinc canopy, welcoming carriage light and slate door numeral made locally in Cornwall.

This whole bunnyhome is future-proofed with CAT-6 cabling, keeping you connected, with plenty of thoughtfully located sockets and USB ports. The heating is pretty high-tech too. Smart controlled, it’s powered by an air source heat pump, for ultimate efficiency and reliability.

It’s not just the little details, it’s the big stuff too. There’s underfloor heating downstairs to keep you cosy whilst freeing up wallspace, as well as high quality, solid-core internal doors for improved soundproofing. Even the paint we use is just that perfect shade of white – cotton tail white to be precise.
